Congratulations

Good morning all
Over the weekend I found myself at Doncaster races at the summertime Crafting event, Wow kid in a sweet shop which goodies to buy first ,I booked a weeks holiday off work for this event in order to test drive the new goodies so watch this space this week, While I was there I introduced myself to Chloe from Chloes Creative Cards, I have a couple of cards been showcased on her website within the customer gallery. I bought a couple more of Chloes stamps and found myself creating the above card.  This was embossed using holographic powder onto centura pearl card and then distressed using the Tim Holtz peacock feather distressing ink the flower heart stamp was very intricate and took quite a while to cut out but looks beautiful and was worth the effort, some crafters don't like cutting out I am one of these crafters but on this occasion couldn't refuse as it was such a lovely effect and as a finishing touch maybe a little extravagant but added pearls to every flower. I hope you like.

  1. Beautiful Dee. I have the dandelion stamp and love it. Funnily enough I recorded Chloe's show on C&C and watched it again this morning. I do like her stamps and the way she uses them. Carol x

  2. I have a number of stamps now Carol when I initially started buying stamps I think it was for the sake of it, I then saw Chloe on C & C the big flower with the smaller in the centre I thought it was fantastic the flower was amazing I hesitated cos I really detest cutting lol within a few days I decided to order it and was out of stock so I hunted out Chloes own website out, It was the the most beautiful stamp of its kind you've commented on a couple of cards with this stamp I think, I would put them on every card if I could lol x
